CasRes provides text message notifications for healthcare purposes, including:

• Important updates from your healthcare provider

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a patient of participating healthcare providers
• Own or have authorized access to the mobile phone number provided
• Reside in the United States

4. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages at the mobile number provided. You understand that:

• Message frequency: Approximately 3 messages per day (up to 90 per month)
• Messages include: morning medication reminders, afternoon check-ins, evening wellness tips
• Message and data rates may apply from your carrier
• Consent is not required as a condition of receiving healthcare services
• Standard SMS is not encrypted and may not be secure

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by:
